Ulti of hers is cool on lvl 1 as well. Comparing to kubrik's the speed of dealing damage is much faster so imo its much more better then kubrik's.

Kubi seems to deal dmg faster. Anyway, just look on his dmg on ulti on lv 1 and then compare it to potm's ulti.
