End of life for H&A by clan Dope

I have bad and good news at the same time.

We've made decision to do not prolong subscription of the bots for 2016 and stop releasing new versions of the map. Last game will be on 1st January. Last version of the map will be in December.

Heroes & Armies (by clan Dope and in general) was a great project with many people involved. But everything has its end. Personally, I hope we'll see each other in WC4.

In this year we saw many old and well-known players in H&A, don't lose your last chance to play it.

Also, http://heroesandarmies.com/ will keep replays as long as possible, I don't plan to shut it down.

Hello All,

I'm sure nobody gives a fuck any more, but just thought I would leave my best wishes to those i used to play HnA with. We had an amazing time, we beat the mainstream to moba games, we ruled the scene.

Thanks to everybody who spent time playing with me and putting up with my pedantic BS. Special thanks to Ace.Ventura (Scooby), Jay.Ganja, Stempi, Leclerc, oMg.Oldman, Edward & Cain - all of you were and always will be legends of the game.

It is sad that it has finally come to an official end, hopefully, maybe, some of us will meet again one day on WC4 (if it is ever made).

My friend its sad that you just vanished ever since you moved to New Zealand and choice League of Legends. I'll always will remember you as My Menthor, teacher and guy who teached me how to play and showed me that there is a place where somebody can accept a no life and borring person like me. Thank you. The memory of our Team called This Wont Last Long created in 2008 was the best event ever that left a unforgettable mark that can live deep in my heart. I'd like to list my fellow team mates in that team who was part of that team in the first HnA tournament.

J.P.P.P.P.P.P.P, SilentchiLL, Cain, ettercap, CoolRastaMan and Edward(Me now with nick name EDDIE). I'm not sure if bascim was the part of the team, but I still remember him as the one of the top players who played well batman(Dark Knight) at those times. The last thanks are for the creators of this map and 2 guys who introduced me to HnA. JaY.GaNjA and DeLaY[HnA](chieftain of the first HnA clan who I and Andoz were members)

Thank you. Nowdays I play Heroes of The Storm because its the closest game to HnA.

Since the list is so large I decide to skip it. I hope the other guys who knows me and had tough games with me to forgive me that I didn't listed them here. See you in WarCraft IV or Heroes of The Storm.


P.S official trailer of the NEW WARCRAFT 3 PATCH 1.27 is here. before wc4 there is a chance we can play HnA once again but only if blizzard update the whole WarCraft 3 and replace the old graphics with new. Have a seat watch and hope that once again HnA can rise again

- Throw away that old PowerPC Mac in the closet, we’ve created a new installer to support Mac 10.10 and 10.11
- Improved compatibility with Windows 7, 8.1, and 10
- Fixed a crash caused by Chain Lightning

Known Issues

- Windows 8.1 and 10 saved games are still stored in a location that requires running as system admin
- Some graphical issues with the cinematics are still occurring
- Changes to gamma settings will not take effect in windowed mode
- Cyrillic characters are still not displaying
- Disabled ambient sound while a MIDI issue is being resolved
- Mac 10.9 and earlier are not supported
- Mac build does not support the editor

Man, I guess it is pretty late to post something but I will do it anyway. I guess also a lot of you guys forgot who am I. It is ok, i am not seeking any kind of fame.
I started to play this game (HnA) when I was 18, that is 8 years ago. And I thought it was the best game ever. It was soooooo revolutionary at that time. I totally had quitted "regular" WC3 for only play on HnA. This game as seen me with many different account "throughout all my adult life". It makes me pretty sad to see it is over.

Still in NZ Love it over here got a pretty good life here and a decent job. It is a shame that the high lag will most likely prevent me from being able to join up with any of you on other games as i use mostly US Region Servers.

I also doing the whole Heroes of the Storm deal but i doubt any of you have accounts on the US Region.

Hopefully internet services will keep improving until players can play globally with low latency.

Greetings! After the announcement by Blizzard about Stracraft Remastered employee mentioned the working for a WarCraft III Remastered. Click on the Source and then skip the video to 16:19

Its in a matter of time untill they releasing it. Thankfully I have old map unprotected version just in case when Wc3 Remastered is ready. Then we can work and update the map and playing it again. This was all thanks to DanielPlainview that long time ago he shared the map for a very short period of time. I was lucky to download it and save it. Either we can See War3 Remastered in the end of the year or in the summer of 2018.

Hure you're still a noob. I don't really understand what's the funny thing when you're playing the game and losing on a purpose.
